Hi, This is Komal Hassaan, founder and the brand Building Queendoms. I am so excited that you are planning to purchase one of my online courses to support you to grow and scale your online business. Before you enrol, there are a few things that you need to know. Please read the terms below and if you have any questions once you’ve finished, please do not hesitate to get in touch and we would be happy to chat further.

 The terms and conditions set out below apply to your purchase of one of our online courses offered by Brit Consulting Group LLC. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Brit Consulting Group LLC (“we”, “us” or “our”) provide services to you, as purchaser of one of our online courses. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound to, and which cannot be waived.

Online Courses

We offer a range of online courses; these terms apply to all of our courses except the Certification Programme and Mastermind, for which separate terms apply.
The specific detail about each course can be found on the sales page which sets out exactly what is included within each offer.

Payment Terms

The cost of each course is as advertised on our website, and detailed in the specific terms of the online course you purchase. Where possible we will give you as much notice as possible if we vary our pricing. Any special offers or bonuses will be clearly advertised at the point of purchase.

Refunds and Cancellation

Once you have purchased the course, you will have instant access to the training resources. At the point of purchase, you are confirming your express consent to receiving access to the course material immediately. In agreeing to be granted access at the point of purchase you will lose your right to cancel and your right to a refund.

We reserve all rights to cancel a course or withdraw our products, for any reason without prior notice. Notwithstanding any right or remedy available to us, we may cancel your enrolment on the course with immediate effect:

If you fail to pay your course fees by the relevant due date;
If you breach these terms and conditions;
As decided at our sole discretion from time to time.

Disclaimers

 Our courses and electronic products have been tried and tested by individuals who are over the age of 18 and from various backgrounds. In working through the material, they have been able to learn and implement strategies to successfully grow in their business.

Whilst all those who have taken part in our courses to date have achieved the desired results, it is not possible to provide any guarantees that you will experience any specific results. Failure to fully participate in the course will limit your ability to benefit from the information provided and will significantly limit any results. The course is not bespoke and includes general advice.

Should you feel that you need additional support, then please contact us and we can provide more information about our services, additional fees may apply.

It is your individual responsibility to apply what is shared and taught in the course to your personal circumstances both during the course and afterwards.

 In promoting our courses we may utilise testimonials and affiliate marketing from prior clients. All testimonials have been given freely and represent each individual’s own opinion.

Please be aware that the course is delivered entirely in English and no translations are provided for videos or text.

Intellectual Property

You will be provided with course materials. At all times, even following purchase, the intellectual property rights and copyright connected with those materials remain with us, Brit Consulting Group LLC. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools, but you are not permitted to duplicate, imitate, or provide copies to third parties whether for free or as part of a sale.

Behaviour

Some courses contain group training elements. Where there is a group training element we request and require that at all times your behaviour towards others is polite and respectful. We will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other course participant. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate, we reserve the right to remove you from the course with immediate effect.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to us. We will keep your personal data confidential and will never share it with unconnected third parties. Your payment information will be processed by a secure third-party processor. We will be provided with your email address and name but never be provided with your financial information.

Please be aware that some training sessions may be recorded, and your name and image/video may be captured. The recordings of the training will be kept and made available to others on the course. If you provide or share any information within these sessions about yourself or your business that information will be shared within the group. Should you not wish to be recorded please ensure that if you attend any training your camera is switched off and your name field is changed to “Attendee” with your initial so that support can still be offered but no personal identifiable information will be captured.


 Feedback and Complaints

If you have any feedback about the course you are enrolled on, please do share it with us. It is always great to receive words of praise and helpful to get constructive comments. We really hope that you love our online course as much as we do, but if you would like to make a complaint, this should be made in writing to feedback@komalhassaan.com.

General

 Our team is available to support you by email on Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm.

We will respond as soon as possible and within 48 hours during the hours stated.

We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions in respect of the course delivered to you, and the individual terms of the online course you purchase.

These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.

 If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

 We want you to be 100% satisfied with the program, but we also want to ensure our students have given the program a fair shot and have used their best effort to apply the methods and strategies.

We follow a ‘Do The Work’ Refund Policy which means you must include ALL required, complete coursework with your request for a refund.  We are about honesty, fairness, and customer satisfaction. We have no problem issuing a full refund if you’ve actually tried your best and done the work, but the course was not fitting for your business and/or business goals.      

   5.1 An example of a situation where we wouldn’t grant a refund is if a student doesn’t put in any effort, doesn’t try at our courses, doesn’t take full responsibility for their own success, and then asks for their money back. We also do not offer refunds for the following: (1) attempts to use the refund policy as a way to opt-out of any existing financial obligation and/or payment plan already committed to us upon signing up for our program, (2) change of business direction after purchasing the course and/or (3) change of mood if the course do not fit your needs.      
    5.2. An example of a situation where we would give a refund is if you do the entire course, try your best, share with us what you learned, and then provide an objectively fair reason why you want your money back. This means we are expecting the following documents and tasks to completed:      

Proof of all worksheets being completed  
A link to your Instagram or Facebook handle proving that you have implemented the lessons accordingly and have made an effort of using our strategies with screenshots included  

 Screenshots of the following:    

Proof of market research survey with at least 5 responses from a real audience
An entire coaching offer outline created
Proof of initiating requests and promotion for people to join your signature program
Instagram stories or live video screenshots proving your attempts to cultivate and connect with an audience
Proof of your webinar slide outline, registration page, social media launch promotion, and emails delivered to your list
Proof of using our tools to validate a profitable niche
Ideal audience profile created using our market research strategies and tools
Proof of active participation, initiative, and responsiveness in voxer (or any other platform agreed) with Komal
A progress rate of at least 90% within the NewZenler member’s portal
Screenshots and proof that you have made an effort to ask questions when experiencing challenges during the program
A minimum one-page write up on the top 3 lessons you learned from the program and a fair reason of why you think the program didn’t work for you.

Due to the digital nature of our course, we do not offer refunds for those who do not do their due diligence to ensure the course is the right fit for them. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review our sales page and terms and conditions before purchasing, using, or accessing any of our products and Program.  

Please note, we do not offer partial refunds for our programs and our exclusive bonuses and course extensions are non-refundable under any circumstances.  

Unless otherwise stated, all items and programs purchased are 100% non-refundable and returns will not be accepted.
